Shopping Information
How to order
All of our products have been organized into categories which can be accessed by the menu. We have also included a search box to make finding products more convenient. If you are still having problems locating a specific product then please feel free to contact us and we will try to help.

Adding a Product to your Shopping Cart
Products that are usually ordered in quantity or that have options (like color or size), have an order box. In this box, you specify how many of the item you want as wellas the options, once you have located the product you are looking for then simply click the add to shopping cart button. After selecting the add to shopping cart buttonyou will be taken to your shopping cart. Here to you can view shipping costs and have the ability to increase and decreases item quantities. This places the product in the shopping cart and also displays the current contents of your cart. If you want to select other products or keep looking,select Keep Shopping. If you're finished shopping, click on the Checkout button.

Checking Out
When you have added all the items you wish to order to your shopping cart, click on the Checkout button and follow the instructions on the screen. You will be prompted to enter your billing and  shipping  address, payment method. Once you have decided on the items you would like to order and have them added to your shopping cart. Select the checkout button located in the shopping cart, you will then be taken to the checkout page. You will be asked to provide information such as delivery address and billing information.

Confirmation of your Order
After you have finished the checkout pages you will then be taken to a page informing you that payment has been received. You will also be emailed some additional information such as delivery times and how your order will be shipped. After you complete the checkout process, a Thank You page will appear and display your order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been placed successfully. We will also send a copy of this order receipt via email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping confirmation email from either depending on which shipping method you chose.

Domestic
Domestic using Secure Express ground service. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

International
International using FedEx or DHL deliveries are made Monday through friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.

International Shipping Transit Times
International Checkout will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 7-10 business days.
TRANSIT TIMES are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays by customs or by the store.

Duties and Taxes
you will be responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country.Duties and Taxes are calculated and charged by customs in your country.

Return Policy
Petmysite.com wants you to be satisfied with the products that you have purchased. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, just return it to us within 14 days after purchase. Your complete satisfaction is important to us! Our return policy is simple. Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the original packaging. The product has not been removed from the manufacturers packaging. If you would like to return any goods to us please contact us before doing so. You can return merchandise to petmysite.com, We gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased through petmysite.com within 14 days of the initial shipment date. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. We do not accept returns on sold magazines. For returns made within 14 days of the initial shipment date, please include a copy of your invoice. Also be sure to include a note of why you are returning the item(s).

Once your item arrives it will be reviewed by our returns department promptly. If your return is the result of incorrect goods by peymysite.com, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original  form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to petmysite.com
For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as FedEx or Standard ground service (be sure to retain you're tracking receipt for future reference). Petmysite is not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
