A:The Cool Pet House was designed with the intention of saving energy. By using the smaller, more efficient, temperature control system, homeowners will not need to waste energy cooling/heating an entire residence for the sake of their pet. Additionally, the temperature control unit uses less energy than 110watt.
Q:How does the air condition work?
A:The air is cooled through a process Thermo Electric Cooling (TEC). The fans circulate the cooled or warmed air throughout the pet house to provide temperature consistency
Q:I have a very big dog. Could this dog house be custom made?
A:Currently, the Cool Pet House sold in retail markets is designed for animals weighing 12kg or less. Graham-C is in the process of developing larger size Cool Pet Houses, but prototype models have yet to be released for production
Q:Does this Cool Pet House come with warranty? If yes, how long is the warranty?
A:There is a one year limited warranty on the Cool Pet House against malfunction. Normal usage wear and tear is not included under warranty coverage. A full disclosure is included with the Cool Pet House instructional documents.
Q:Is the Cool Pet House washable?
A:The Cool Pet House is composed of a stationary rigid structure, an inner cloth lining, and an interchangeable roof. The rigid structure can be wiped clean using a dampened cloth towel. The cloth lining is machine washable. The interchangeable roof can be wiped clean or machine washed but not machine dried
